In the event that an alarm is activated, streaming data (information about your home of business) is automatically transmitted to the 24/7/365 monitoring station. The computer displays at the monitoring station are staffed by live operators and receive the alarm signal and its details (location, alarm type, etc.) These certified alarm monitoring professionals will notify the appropriate agency (police, fire department, or ambulance) and your designated representative of the alarm at your address.
